Ride for Awareness: From Dallas to New Orleans
Campaign Description: Join us in supporting a remarkable journey as Jeff Perkins, the only back-to-back State Commander of the American Legion Department of Texas, along with Past Sons of the American Legion Detachment of Texas Commander Tom Arista embark on a 506-mile bike ride from Dallas, TX to New Orleans, LA. This ride, culminating at the National Convention on August 23, 2024, aims to raise awareness and funds for PTSD.
Jeff & Tom will carry an American flag and an American Legion flag to present to the National Commander, symbolizing the strength and unity of our veterans’ community. Your donations will support their mission and the American Legion’s ongoing efforts to assist veterans and their families.
