It is with a very heavy and broken heart I am sending this message to let you all know about the passing of our beloved Legionnaire Brother, Past 8th District Commander, Past Post 578 Commander Mr. Joey Garamillo. Joey was loved by so many throughout the American Legion, the Marine Corp and literally the nation, he will be missed abundantly. Please keep the Garamillo Family in your thoughts and prayers throughout the next upcoming days, as they make arrangements for the Celebration of his life and lay him to rest. I will send out the information about services as soon as I receive them.
We will be having an emergency benefit for his funeral expenses at the Post 578 on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 between 11:00am – 6:00pm, please come by if you can and show your support to his family.
