At the Midwinter Conference the Awards Committee recommend several changes to the 2020 Awards program to the M,O & PA Commission and to the Department Executive Committee, which were approved.
The one major change for post membership awards eligibility is the change of the date a Post constitution and bylaws is considered to be updated is changing from July 31, 2010 to July 31, 2015.
Post which have not submitted to Department Headquarters a Post Certification form by July 31st of each year, a Consolidated Post Report by June 1st of each year and do not have an up to date Post Constitution and Bylaws by June 1st each year will not be eligible for any post awards. A Post Constitution and Bylaws is considered to be updated if dated after July 31, 2015.
