The Austin Southpark Hotel is now a Hilton property. Due to this change, the names of the meeting rooms have changed. An updated schedule has been posted to the Department Website HERE.
Room name changes are as follows:
- Oaks Room is now Magnolia
- Southpark A/B is now Bluebonnet A/B
- Ballroom A/B/C is now Longhorn I
- Ballroom D/E/F is now Longhorn II
- Room 102 is now Longhorn 102
- Room 104 is now Longhorn 104
- 14th Floor Boardroom is now Waterloo
- The conference center is still the Conference Center
